By installing or using DermaDiet you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
DermaDiet provides educational information about food and skin health. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Skin Scores, ingredient breakdowns, and recommendations are general guidance, not professional opinions. Consult a qualified dermatologist or physician for any skin condition, allergy, or dietary concern. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of anything you read in the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use DermaDiet on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the app, attempt to bypass the subscription system, use the app to harass other users, or use the app in any way that violates law or the App Store rules.
DermaDiet is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Product data is sourced from OpenFoodFacts, a public community-maintained database, and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation will produce a specific result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DermaDiet and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account in Profile → Delete Account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
